Digital for all.
The digital world has opened up extraordinary possibilities for how we connect, communicate, learn, work, and participate in society.
But not everyone experiences these possibilities equally.
Every day, people encounter digital barriers that prevent them from accessing information, engaging with content, or participating in opportunities that many of us take for granted.
Often, these barriers are not intentional. They result from decisions made without considering the different abilities, needs, and experiences of the people we hope to reach.
We believe we can do better. It begins with being more intentional.
Why we started
Run It By DIA was created to make digital inclusion and accessibility part of everyday marketing and communication practices in the Philippines.
While awareness of accessibility is growing, knowing where to begin, what to improve, and how to put inclusive principles into practice can still be challenging.
Our goal is to help bridge that gap.
By bringing together accessibility standards, practical resources, and self-assessment tools, we hope to make inclusion easier to understand, evaluate, and act upon.
Not as an additional requirement at the end of a project, but as a fundamental consideration from the very beginning.
Because good communication should not simply reach more people – it should make more people feel included.
From awareness to action
We believe meaningful progress begins by asking better questions.
Who might we be leaving out? What barriers have we unintentionally created? How can we make our platforms, campaigns, and content work better for everyone?
Run It By DIA encourages organizations and communication professionals to examine their practices through the lens of accessibility and inclusion.
Our self-audit tool offers a practical starting point, helping teams assess their websites, social media, campaigns, and communication practices against established accessibility standards and inclusive communication principles.
It is not about claiming perfection or earning a badge.
It is about recognizing where we are today, understanding where we can improve, and taking responsibility for what we do next.
Awareness is only the beginning. Action is what makes inclusion real.
A collective effort
Meaningful change cannot come from one organization alone.
Run It By DIA is a collaborative initiative of Invictus PH, Life Haven Center for Independent Living, Inc., and the Digital Marketing Association of the Philippines (DMAP), united by a shared belief that digital inclusion and accessibility should be fundamental to how we communicate.
Each partner brings a different but equally important perspective to this advocacy.
Invictus PH brings its experience in marketing, communications, and digital strategy, helping translate the principles of inclusion into practical approaches that brands, agencies, and organizations can adopt.
Life Haven Center for Independent Living, Inc. brings the voices, perspectives, and lived experiences of persons with disabilities, helping ensure that the initiative is informed by the people whose needs and rights it seeks to champion.
The Digital Marketing Association of the Philippines (DMAP) brings together the wider digital marketing community, helping advance awareness, encourage industry participation, and promote more inclusive practices across the profession.
Together, we hope to bridge the gap between intention and action, making accessibility easier to understand, more practical to implement, and more deeply embedded in the way our industry works.
We recognize that this is a continuing journey, one that requires collaboration, education, and shared accountability.
Not an afterthought. Not a special initiative. Simply the way things should be done.
Inclusion starts with us.
Every piece of content we publish, every campaign we launch, and every digital experience we design presents an opportunity to include someone or leave someone out.
We have the ability to make those choices more consciously.
We invite you to start by examining your own practices, challenging your assumptions, and making small but meaningful improvements.
Run it by DIA. Because digital should be for all.
